I am unsure what the issue is, to be honest… My watch was running low on battery so I put my watch on battery saving mode overnight as I had forgotten to bring a charger with me. When I arrived home I noticed my watch has run out of battery, I then placed the watch onto its charging cradle, I waited about half an hour and then tried turning the watch on. The watch vibrated but the screen showed nothing. I then left the watch a further half-hour to see if anything had changed, nothing. I then tried all of the tips on the Samsung website such as holding the power button while the watch is on the cradle etc. still nothing, I then decided to delete the watch from the Samsung wear app, and the phone keeps picking up that there is a watch nearby but I'm unable to see what is on the watch. so I'm unsure what the problem is.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
