    Phone is fully charged. There's a green light in upper left corner but phone won't go to power on or go to home screen. I've tried holding power, home and volume key. Sometimes phone goes to reboot menu, lately not at all. When it does go to reboot menu whether I do the fast reboot, go to advanced options for fast reboot, etc the phone asks me to enter my security number, does the decrypting thing or goes black screen. I've had it since 2017. Could it be the charger port as that's a little loose, or could it be the fact that the phone was always on and used primarily to run speech to text apps as I'm completely deaf. Did I burn it it the battery? If so, why the green status light? Really need this phone as I take calls on a OnePlus Nord 2 and rely on the OnePlus3T to run a speech to text app to read what callers are saying. I have 2 OnePlus3T with exact same issues. Prefer not to wipe data as divorce requires receipts. Thanks!
