The unit has just been in for repair but fault still persists. . The unit runs for an hour or so then the power lights on the unit switch off and the underfloor heating doesn't work. When the power lights go off there is still power going to and from the unit. If I turn the main power off and switch it on after a minute or so the unit will work again for a period of time then the power lights go off. I have already been invoiced for this repair. Thanks

The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. To have a 60% mark up on that initial quote when they had the tablet was a bit much, but I suppose not entirely unexpected with such a business model. -

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
