    My Questyle QP2R is having issues charging, this is because I believe something is wrong inside, most likely a short circuit I believe. Whenever the QP2R is held upright it automatically turns off, no matter the battery percentage. It doesn’t do this when lying on it’s back or when held upside down, only when upright or at a slight angle. You can also hear the motherboard moving about inside when the player is turned in motion.

    This has created increased problems for me as I can only really listen to the QP2R in a stationary position. As well as this, I think it has affected the charging port as it now charges but cannot connect to my computer in either memory or DAC mode, so I cannot add songs to it or use it in line-out mode.

    This problem is really weird as I have never dropped it or caused any damage. Externally, the player is in perfect condition.
