Dear Sir or Madam,
I have a PURE – EVOKE F4 Digital Radio, the radio is working fine but the display is not working and, as a consequence, the radio is difficult to operate. Could you please let me know if you are able to repair it and how much would the repair cost? Also, could you please let me know if you are not successful in repairing it if I still need to pay the costs?
Also, I have a very good Onkyo amplifier that is working very well. It is about 35 years old and I believe that it would require some maintenance because, sometime, when I turn the volume, makes the speakers croaks a little. Could you please let me know how much would it cost to service it?

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
