  • Previously repaired by someone else, the newly added jack has not been installed correctly and there is no sound coming into either earpiece. The remote control also doesn’t work but the previous engineer said that the controller had become damaged and was beyond repair.

    I also have an Mmcx cable that the same engineer repaired that had a new jack put on and when the cable moves around, sound cuts out intermittently. I’d like to have both repaired, but send one in at a time so I always have a working pair (or semi working pair)
