Originally I was having problems with it not turning on even though I have changed the power cable.
This problem was intermittent for quite a long time. I have updated the software in the hope that it would solve the problem but It has not.
The unit does not power on at all now and I was wondering how much it would cost for you to diagnose and repair it.This sound bar is at least 9 years old and it has been trouble free up until about 2 years ago.
I have seen some YouTube videos which show the model of the sound bar and he goes into quite a lot of detail around everything but I would not be able to fix anything like this.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
