My ROCCAT KAVE Gaming Headset contects to my PC via two seperate cables,one for Headphones(green jack) and one for the microphone(pink jack).The headphone jack somehow become stuck/lodged into the green input jack on my PC sound card the other day.Upon attempting to detach it from my PC I must have tugged on it too hard and the jack became detached from the cable.It does not seem to be a big issue however but I feel caonnecting a new jack onto the cable would be the best solution.It appears to be a three pronged jack and a four.The picture/photo I have added does not the damage,but this is the Headset I have and its the green jack that has became unattached .

As I'm not … read more very techy I phoned EP for advice. They were extremely helpful. I then took the earphones down to Hortonwood 30 as advised. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. -
