    Just wondering do you offer trouble shooting service for the fimi 4k drone?

    I am having an issue with my fimi drone when shooting 4k 30p video in flight. There is intermittent jello effect in the live feed and captured video and occasionally the gimbal would jump up and down and then back up into position in flight in good weather. A reset and calibration of the camera gimbal and the drone did not improve the situation. I also tried changing the gimbal gain down to 30% and as low as 1% with no improvement.

    Attached are the firmware versions installed in my drone. The drone has never been crashed and has no hardware damage as far as I can tell.

    Could it be possible that following a recent firmware upgrade of the flight controller and gimbal firmware, this issue was introduced?

    Do you have any suggestions I could try to test the drone.

    Would a downgrade of firmware version for the camera gimbal unit help the situation?
