Good afternoon,
I came across your website for repairs.
I have a BB-8 statue it had a button on top of his head which ables to light the statue which has visual and sound effects.
The statue fell and caused minor repair damage to the wired head button and circuit chip which snapped in half. I have taken pictures of it and managed to take out four screws and one out at the neck area but can’t seem it the last screw out beneath its neck. The press button at the top of his head I can bring it in for repairs also.
Could you please get back to me if you’re able to repair it, please.

The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
