Hi, my Xbox one console is coming up to 5 years old used for about 3 hours weekly so not too much, when I shut it down a couple of days ago it was working fine no problems no crashes etc, went to start it yesterday the light came on but would not progress to the green start screen. The power brick is okay, HDMI okay Ive tried every suggestion on the internet to no avail , managed to use the sync & eject buttons to get the trouble shooting screen up, tried resetting to factory defaults which didn't work just E102 error, tried offline updating with USB stick with the three different types of OS software didn't work just error E101 nothing seems to work, even tried the restore to defaults software using the offline updating method nothing. I feel that it cannot be a major problem simply because it was working perfectly beforehand, Have you any experience of this problem and what estimated repair costs might be?Best Regards Robert Penton

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
