Hi there, my console keeps disconnecting my brand new controller and brand new wireless headset and logs me out from Microsoft live when doing so. This recurs every 2 minutes or so and I have no control of it. I have tried updating the console and firmwares of both accessories, power cycled the console, removed any ‘local interference’, factory reset the console and every other dumb solution that has been given to me by the awful customer service of Microsoft. Any controller or wireless accessory causes this to happen, the same two accessories work absolutely fine on two other consoles (which I tried after I discovered these issues)… But the controller and headset are both less than a month old, it is 100% the console. The console at this point is not useable and I would like it fixed, is there anything that you could do to help me?

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
