Hi,
I've been in touch with Prestigio technical help who have unfortunately failed to resolve an issue I have with being unable to access my prestigio Geovision Tour 2 screen due to the pin being locked. I have tried the on button and volume down and up, but it will not reset the password.
I can't say I am overwhelmed by the support I have had and they have said that I may need to send it off to you at electronic partners to resolve the issue.
Could you therefore please give me an idea on what the cost would be to reset this pin and allow me access to the device. I don't believe there will be a need to change software etc and hopefully this will be quite a straight forward fix, but I will obviously wait to hear from you guys.

The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. As I'm not … read more very techy I phoned EP for advice. They were extremely helpful. I then took the earphones down to Hortonwood 30 as advised. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. -
